My overall experience at Shakura MyTown is quite satisfying. For treatment part, the treatment process is smooth, caring and I can really notice some improvement on my skin slowly after finishing each treatment. For environment part, even though the place looks small from outside but the treatment environment is clean and cozy with lots of space inside for you to stretch. For the staffs wise, they are very friendly and always greet with a great smile when you arrived. My current consultant Ivy is the best beauty therapist ever, providing friendly service, professional skills and patient explanations and answers. Before starting treatment, she will give care and greetings. In the treatment process, every link is very careful. Before each process, the product used will be introduced and how the process feels. The whole process is very comfortable, ensuring that the client gets the best care. I did get a noticeable improvement after the treatment.
